Casting Shadows

This is Week 4 of Beth’s Photography Carnival – You Capture – on her blog, I Should Be Folding Laundry.

This week’s You Capture challenge is Shadows. And not your own.

I wasn’t sure I would be able to participate because for one the sun has been scarce around these parts and for two, I wasn’t sure I would be able to capture a decent shot without the sun.

When the boys and I were leaving for another spring break shopping extravaganza today, I captured this shot.

It makes me smile.
