McDaddy and My Daddy
Today is Father’s Day. Fathers everywhere will be honored and celebrated.
When I married McDaddy, I married him for the kind, gentle, loving person that I knew he was. What I didn’t know at that time is that he would be the best daddy our boys could want. He is so patient and loving.
I am so sad that he cannot be with us so that we could honor him, celebrate him and love him.
McDaddy, we miss you so much and we can’t wait until you are back home where you belong!
And, I am also blessed with the best daddy a girl could ask for. I am sad that we are away from him on Father’s Day. We went to dinner on Thursday before we left to come to New Hampshire. And, that evening he made two batches of his fabulous ‘No Bake’ cookies for me to bring along. I just enjoyed one before I sat down to this post. I am thankful for my daddy!
