Great tips!

A word of caution about using toothpaste to clean jewelry…it will clean it very, very well, but it will also weaken the metal. I mentioned this to a friend once after she said she used toothpaste, and she said, “No wonder I’ve lost the diamond out of my wedding ring 3 times!” (Poor gal!!) If you’ve been doing this, don’t panic–it apparently takes a few years for the really bad stuff to happen.
